アフリカ教育学会第37回大会を、下記の要領にて、対面で開催いたします。どうぞ奮ってご参加、ご発表くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

1日目：4月18日（土）13:00〜17:15、18:00頃より情報交換会
2日目：4月19日（日）9:00〜15:00頃（発表件数により変更有）
◇大会参加・発表申し込み期限

◇発表要旨
添付の作成要領①を参照の上、添付のテンプレート②を使用しご執筆いただき、4月3日（金）23:59までに、アフリカ教育学会第37回大会実行委員会（[email protected]）までお送りください。
◇大会参加費
一般(公費) 3,000円
一般（私費）1,000円
学生 1,000円
＊必ず会場受付にて直接お支払いください。事前振込によるお支払いは受け付けておりません。
◇情報交換会
日時：4月18日（土）18:00～19:30（予定）
場所：鳴門教育大学 食堂1F
参加費：一般3,000円、学生2,000円
◇配布資料
対面でのご発表の際に配布する資料はあらかじめご用意の上、当日、直接セッションにお持ち込みいただきますようお願いいたします。なお、会場でのコピーの要望には応じられませんのでご了承ください。必要部数は対面での参加者数がおおよそ確定した時点で追ってご連絡させていただきます。
◇宿泊
宿泊につきましては、お手数をおかけしますが、各自で確保されますようお願い申し上げます。鳴門駅周辺のホテルが便利です。

We are pleased to inform you that the 34th Japan Society for Africa Educational Research (JSAER) Conference will be held on site only. The details are as follows:

◇Dates: April 18 (Sat) and April 19 (Sun), 2026
◇Mode: Onsite only
◇On-site venue: Naruto University of Education, Lecture Room B101
◇Tentative schedule
Day 1 (April 18 [Sat]): 13:00-17:15 / 18:00〜 (Reception)
Day 2 (April 19 [Sun]): 9:00-15:00 (End time may vary depending on the no. of presentations)
◇Deadline for participation/presentation registration

◇Summary submission
Please follow the attached guideline ① and use the attached template ②, and send your summary to the committee ([email protected]) by 23:59 on April 3rd (Fri), 2026.
◇Participation fee
– Regular (Funded): 3,000 yen (If you use research funds. If not, it is discounted to – Regular (Not-funded): 1,000 yen
– Student: 1,000 yen
◇Payment Method
Please be sure to pay the participation fee at the venue.
◇Reception

Venue: Cafeteria (1st Floor) Naruto University of Education
Fee: Regular: 3,000 yen
Student: 2,000 yen
◇Handouts
If you want to distribute the handouts, please prepare by yourself. We will inform you how many copies are required later.

Please book accommodation by yourself. Hotels around Naruto Station are convenient.
