1日目：9月30日（土）13:00〜17:15、17:30頃より情報交換会
2日目：10月1日（日）9:00〜15:00頃（発表件数により変更有）
◇大会参加・発表申し込み期限

◇発表要旨
添付の作成要領①を参照の上、添付のテンプレート②を使用しご執筆いただき、9月10日（日）23:59までに、アフリカ教育学会第32回大会実行委員会（jsaer32nd@gmail.com）までお送りください。
◇大会参加費
一般（公費）：3,000円
一般（私費）：1,000円
学生 ：1,000円
＊―必ず会場受付にて直接お支払いください。事前振込によるお支払いは受け付けておりません。
◇情報交換会
日時：9月30日（日）17:30～18:40（予定）(大学発最終便のバス事情による)
場所：帝京大学八王子キャンパス ６F ソラティオキッチン
参加費：一般3,000円、学生2,000円
＊―必ず会場受付にて当日直接お支払いください。事前振込によるお支払いは受け付けておりません。
◇配布資料
対面でのご発表の際に配布する資料はあらかじめご用意の上、当日、直接セッションにお持ち込みいただきますようお願いいたします。なお、会場でのコピーの要望には応じられませんのでご了承ください。必要部数は対面での参加者数がおおよそ確定した時点で追ってご連絡させていただきます。
◇宿泊
宿泊につきましては、お手数をおかけしますが、各自で確保されますようお願い申し上げます。大学最寄り駅にビジネスホテルはあまり多くございません。お早めにご予約されることをお勧めいたします。

We are pleased to inform you that the 32nd Japan Society for Africa Educational Research (JSAER) Conference will be held on site only. The details are as follows:

◇Dates: September 30 (Sat) and October 1 (Sun), 2023
◇Mode: Onsite only
◇On-site venue: （Tentative: 5F） Soratio Square, Hachioji Campus, Teikyo University

◇Tentative schedule
Day 1 (September 30 [Sat]): 13:00-17:15 / 17:30〜 (Reception)
Day 2 (October 1 [Sun]): 9:00-15:00 (End time may vary depending on the no. of presentations)

◇Summary submission
Please follow the attached guideline ① and use the attached template ②, and send your summary to the committee (jsaer32nd@gmail.com) by 23:59 on September 10 (Sun), 2023.
◇Participation fee
– Regular (Funded): 3,000 yen
– Regular (Not funded): 1,000 yen
– Student: 1,000 yen

◇Reception

◇Handouts
If you want to distribute the handouts, please prepare by yourself. We will inform you how many copies are required later.
◇Accommodation
Please book accommodation by yourself. There are a limited number of hotels nearby train stations.
